Ed has submitted building plans to a local council which indicate the building will feature stained glass windows, eight pews, an altar, an upstairs gallery and a tower. “The materials used to construct the new building will largely be handcrafted flint, to reflect the highest quality of architecture and design detailing,” the architects working on the project said in official documents. The sprawling estate currently includes five houses, a pub, a swimming pool, a two-storey tree house and a football pitch.

TMZ reported on Jan. 2, 2022 that, late last year, Bella Thorne dropped $300,000 on a custom alligator choker. The Florida native reportedly commissioned jeweler Alex Moss to create a custom piece paying homage to the Sunshine State. The finished product – dubbed The Florida Gem by the jeweler – features a nearly 17-carat emerald between the jaws of two diamond-encrusted alligators with emerald eyes and joined tails that make up the chain. According to Vulture, Staten Island’s favorite sons – Pete Davidson and Colin Jost – teamed up with Manhattan realtor Paul Italia to buy a decommissioned ferry at auction on Jan. 19, 2022. The trio lost more than $280,000 on the John F. Kennedy, which was built in 1965 and was part of the Staten Island Ferry fleet until last summer. Both Pete and Colin regularly rode the State Island Ferry to Manhattan during their pre-fame days, making the purchase a looping moment for the ‘Saturday Night Live’ stars, who plan to turn the disused ferry into a a live entertainment venue. On January 19, 2022, CNN released a statement from Cardi B announcing plans to cover funeral expenses for the 17 people who died when a fire ripped through a Bronx apartment building 10 days earlier. “I’m extremely proud to be from the Bronx and have lots of family and friends who still live and work there,” the New York native said. “So when I heard about the fire and all the casualties I knew I had to do something to help. I can’t begin to imagine the pain and anguish the families of the victims, but I hope that not having to worry about the costs associated with burying their loved ones will help them move forward and heal. I send my prayers and condolences to everyone affected by this horrific tragedy.
