KERRY Katona has revealed plans to buy a £ 1.9million mansion in Cheshire and has confessed that she has a collection of designer bags worth £ 37,500.
The Atomic Kitten singer, 41, has already been declared bankrupt twice in five years – once in 2008, and again in 2013.
But earlier this year, the TV star was revealed to be a millionaire again after raking it up on OnlyFans, three years after his second bankruptcy.
This meant the celebrity and her family were able to move into a luxurious Cheshire mega-mansion over the summer, costing her £ 9,500 a month in rent.
And soon, I hope everything will be hers.
Kerry recently said The temperature: “I’ve been a tenant for 13 years and I’m so excited to be stepping up the property ladder.
“I’m hoping to buy the house I’m renting. It’s in Alderley Edge in Cheshire and I’ve been here since June, having moved from the south.
“I made an offer of £ 1.9million and it was accepted. The granting of a mortgage in principle is huge for me.”
The star has also opened up about her spending habits – and she has a pretty impressive collection of designer bags.
Kerry said, “I’m a saver, but I also like to spend. My priorities are rent, food and school fees.
“Coming last, but I kinda like Gucci! I’m a nightmare for shoes and bags.”
“This January has just passed, we have bought some nice cases for £ 800 each, compared to around £ 1500.
“I have so many bags, it’s ridiculous. Maybe 25? Mainly Gucci, but there is Fendi, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Mulberry, Burberry. £ 3,500 Louis Vuitton. “
In June, Kerry gave fans a tour of her new tablet.
The mansion has a home gym, an office space and luxurious bedrooms with private bathrooms.
Originally, the family was expected to live there for six months after the failed purchase of the £ 2million house they hoped to buy.
In true MTV Cribs style, Kerry greeted viewers by the front door in a video posted to her Youtube channel.
She then showed the “absolutely gorgeous” hallway and the spa-style downstairs bathroom.
She added, “This bathroom is my favorite in the world” before adding quickly, “It just crossed my mind, it’s not me showing off.
“I know what it feels like. I had to sell my jukebox because I couldn’t pay my rent. I know how hard it is, excuse my French.
“It’s not me saying, ‘Look at my big mansion.’ It’s not that at all. It’s, ‘Look what I’ve accomplished.’ I’m really proud of myself, I’m not ashamed to say it. I’m not bankrupt anymore. “
She told fans she had “so many mixed emotions” about returning to the north, where she lived before moving to East Sussex.
Kerry said: “Leaving Crowbrough is very strange. I was crying – it closed a chapter in my life.
“I lived here when I lost everything. I was a millionaire and I lost everything. I took a lot of drugs and I went bankrupt, I lost my homes.
“Now I’m about to get the keys to my new house. It’s very, very, very overwhelming. But I’m also extremely proud of myself.”
Kerry previously lived in Surrey with her fiance Ryan Mahoney and children Heidi, 14, and Max, 13, from her marriage to Mark Croft, and Dylan-Jorge, seven, daughter of ex-husband George Kay.
