Gamers looking for gear in Seattle will have a new physical retail destination to check out next month. The lifestyle brand Razer – with its distinct neon green aesthetic – opens in University Village Mall on December 4.
The RazerStore is the third in the United States for the company, behind San Francisco and Las Vegas. Other locations can be found in Singapore, London, Hong Kong and Taipei.
Razer, which was founded in 2005, sells gaming hardware such as laptops and desktops, headphones, and controllers, as well as clothing, bags, chairs, and more.
The Seattle store promises four in-store combat stations and a chance to add “a personal touch to your setup” with the Razer Customs collection, according to a press release. Players can also use an “unboxing station” to record “the perfect social media story”.
There will be four areas dedicated to professional gaming setups, streamers, console gamers, and digital creators.
The opening event will feature prizes and giveaways for the first 500 people online; a Razer Blade laptop for the first person online; and special in-store sales promotions.
The new store is located at 2616 NE 46th St, Seattle.
