A shopper has claimed which designer bags she thinks aren’t worth the money.
Expressing her opinion, Steffie, who lives in New York City, said she doesn’t believe some of today’s most popular bags are worth their price.
Relying on her TikTok account, the woman gave her two cents on five designer bags.
Posting under the @steffieinthecity domain, she says “designer bags that aren’t worth the money.”
It starts with a black Prada Re-edition Zip 200 shoulder bag, retail value of $ 950 or £ 717.
“Nylon is one of the cheapest fabrics to make, it might be a nice bag, but it’s a scam,” Steffie said, switching to another Prada Satin mini bag with artificial crystals valued at $ 1,850, or £ 1,396.

“About Prada, this one is NOT worth it, it will fall apart and it will get out of date pretty quickly,” she added.
Switching to Dior, Steffie reveals a photo of the Christian Dior Book Tote valued at $ 3,250 or £ 2,452.
“Sure, it’s a cute pattern, but let’s face it, it’s a glorified grocery bag, don’t spend 3k on it,” Steffie said.
Revealing a classic black Channel bag at $ 8,200 (£ 6,190), the buyer was still not impressed, saying: “As the price of Channel bags goes up, the quality only goes down, it’s not worth it. just not worth it. “
For her final opinion, Steffie slammed a Louis Vutton bag valued at $ 5,000 (£ 3,774) saying “For $ 500 this bag is a basic AF bag and the resale value is terrible. Don’t invest. not in this bag. “
The post has been viewed over 180,000 times and TikTok users were quick to comment.
“There is nothing wrong with the quality of the dual stream, the only problem is that it has increased by $ 2000 in 6 months,” one person commented.
Another added: “Which bags are worth it?
“Did she just say that Chanel is not worth it …” commented a third.
